All of our products are sold with free delivery. These are dispatched either Royal Mail Second Class Standard or with our courier, depending on size and weight of product.
Our carriers will endeavour to provide next working day delivery for most orders but due to the nature of some of our products on some occasions this will not be possible and delivery could be up between 3-5 working days. If an item is not currently in stock delivery may take a little bit longer. The customer will be advised if any item is not in stock and will be given an expected delivery date or offered an alternative substitute product. Some of our products are direct dispatch articles (direct from manufacturer) If your order is a mixed order it may possibly arrive in 2 or more separate deliveries although the vast majority of our products are delivered straight from stock from warehousing facilities in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Do not schedule or commence any installation work until you have received your order and checked all goods for any defects. Unfortunately we are unable to specify a particular delivery date or time all orders usually require a signature upon delivery, if you are unlikely to be at the delivery address consider having the order delivered for example to your place of work where somebody will be able to accept and sign for the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time until we dispatch, your order will picked and packed in a very short period if you want to cancel the order you need to do so by e-mail and then we will confirm if it has been possible.
Any goods returned to us must be in an opened and unused condition when they arrive back to us. The goods should be returned in the original packaging and accessories. Returns shipment will be at your cost. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. Please note that we are unable to accept back non-faulty items after 7 working days of receipt. We are unable to refund items that have especially made to a specific colour for you.
Please inspect and advise us within 24hours of receipt if goods are damaged. Our carriers do not accept responsibility for damaged goods beyond this period of time.
