If the items have to go by Courier (Liquids, Large Items, Etc) Free Shipping only applys to Areas in Zone 1. Other Zones require an additional payment. See Below for Details on Zones.

Free Delivery On All Items


All products sold by Resto Warehouse are free of any delivery charges. These are dispatched either by Royal Mail or with our courier and will require a signature on delivery. Before you sign for your product it is important to check for any damage as we cannot be held responsible for any damage once the goods have been signed for. 

You will also be provided with a tracking number. If you are not home a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 24 hours, or you can go and collect from your local depot, Or if sent by Royal Mail, your local sorting office. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for redelivery.

Delivery Times


Royal Mail Standard Service offers a delivery time of 2-3 working days after dispatch, however it is not uncommon for customers to get their items sooner. When a courier service is used, customers will usually get their products on the 2nd day after dispatch.

Resto Warehouse although based in Larne, County Antrim, also has dispatch centres in Hull and Norfolk. This allows us to dispatch our goods from several locations depending on your delivery address to speed up the transaction.

Sale of Liquids


No delivery firm or courier in the UK is able to insure liquid products, therefore we ask the buyers of any of our liquid products to check that their goods are in an acceptable condition before signing for them. All of our products are packaged with the best possible care, however accidents in transit do happen and we will strive to assist any customer when necessary on the subject, but we cannot be held responsible for any damages once you have signed for the product.

Our liquid products are dispatched via courier in the safest possible manner. If you are purchasing a liquid product, we ask that when you pay for your item, that you provide us with a telephone number incase the courier cannot find you to sign for the product, a different delivery time or location can be arranged.

There are some liquid and ADR Delivery services unavailable in certain areas of the UK. If you live in the following post codes, please contact our Sales Department on 02828 269590 for the relevant delivery prices: AB DD IV KW PA PH IE6 IE1-5, 7-26.

We do apologize for this inconvenience however having been in contact with many courier firms and Royal Mail themselves, the same pricing applies rules for everyone.

Telephone Numbers and Contact Information


Telephone numbers are requested when each customer pays for their item(s) as these are required by our courier firm in case they cannot deliver an item. These numbers are not kept on any system of ours and instead are stored only on the ebay servers, just like names and addresses, therefore guaranteeing that they are stored securely and will never be passed onto anyone else. These numbers are only used when a courier is attempting to deliver an item and never used after that.

Returns Policy


We ask that any goods returned to us must be in a 'suitable for resale' condition when they arrive back with us. The goods should be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. When returning products we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and you insure the package for its full value. 

Once the package has arrived back with us we will inform you that we will start the refund or replacement process. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are unable to accept back non-faulty items after 14 days of receipt. Special orders made to your specification are exempt and will not be refunded.

VAT Invoices


If you are a trade/business customer you can request a VAT Invoice from us containing details of the sale. Simply message us through eBay or email us and we will send one out with the product(s) you have purchased.
